I’m a mother of three, with seven years of personal breastfeeding experience.
I bring that experience to my work as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I support parents who are nursing, pumping or combination feeding, with education and guidance for uncomplicated feeding situations.
We can start with what’s on your mind: what is working, what feels difficult and the support you’re looking for. Your circumstances and feeding choices guide our conversation.

Can I reach out before my baby is born?
Yes. You can ask about breastfeeding education and preparation before birth. Message me to discuss arranging a consultation.
Do you support pumping and combination feeding?
Yes. I support parents who are nursing, pumping or combination feeding. Ask me about support for your particular situation.
Are you an IBCLC?
I’m a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist (CBS), not an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). These are different qualifications. Concerns beyond breastfeeding education and uncomplicated feeding support may need an IBCLC or medical professional.
How much does a consultation cost?
Ask me for current fees and what is included before confirming your appointment. If you plan to use insurance, check eligibility directly with your insurer; coverage is not guaranteed.
Are home or virtual visits available?
Ask me about current home and virtual availability, including whether I can support your location. Office appointments are inside Cabana Dental in Windsor.
What if Instagram doesn’t open the chat?
Open the Sacred Bond Instagram profile and choose Message. Instagram may require sign-in. No message is sent simply by opening either link.
What if I have an urgent health concern?
Contact your doctor, midwife or another appropriate healthcare service rather than waiting for an Instagram reply. This site does not assess symptoms, and Instagram is not monitored as an emergency service.
